OCTEK DSS Surveillance System

Octek digital surveillance system is a PC based monitoring system, operating under Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP.

It is 100% digital system and is free from weakness of analogy CCTV system. It replaces all classical analogy components : Multiplexer, Switcher, Monitor, Sequencer, Time Lapse recorder..etc.

Octek Digital Surveillance offers digital recording, remote camera viewing access and multi-camera display. It can carry out multi-task functions at the same time : video playback, live video recording & monitoring…..

High Quality Digital Recording

Images can be displayed and recorded in 640x480 or 320x240 pixels. The images can be stored locally or remotely over a network.

  • 16 cameras system : 120 fps / system (NTSC), 100 fps / system (PAL)
  • 12 cameras system : 90 fps / system (NTSC), 75 fps /system (PAL)
  • 8 camera system : 60 fps / system (NTSC), 50 fps / system (PAL)
  • 4 cameras system : 30 fps / system (NTSC), 25 fps / system (PAL)
Remote camera viewing access / recording playback

Remote camera viewing and recording playback via LAN, Internet or modem is supported. Multiple access control passwords (max. 32) can be defined to differentiate users. They will be allowed to view only the authorized cameras from the remote sites.

No need to install any other Web server application as it is web server ready. You can even view or playback images remotely by using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape.
