FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Perfect Castings launches webWeb site will improve information and customer service options16/02/2002 -- After many months spent investigating the available technologies and how best to utilize these for its customer's convenience, Perfect Castings has launched its web site. The development process will see many new features added over the coming months as customer needs dictate and as visitors to the site send suggestions and comments to the webmaster. One of the enhancements planned initially will include metal specifications and information on metal suitability. This will give existing and new customers quick access to answers to many of their more common questions. Existing customers will shortly be able to submit purchase orders and other requests electronically and we will be implementing electronic invoicing at the request of customers.
